Your Privacy Choices
1.Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share.
- Access and obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, including health-related information.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
2.Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
AVArx does not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies — such as cookies and pixels from Google and Meta — may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information under California law because these partners may receive identifiers and activity data.
To opt out of this sale/sharing, email us at info@getavarx.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will process your request within 15 business days.
We do not sell or share protected health information for advertising.
3.Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor opt-out preference signals sent by your browser, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If you enable GPC, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser and device from which the signal is sent. Because a GPC signal is tied to a browser rather than an individual, we may not be able to associate it with your account unless you are signed in.
4.Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Health information you provide is "sensitive personal information." We use it only to provide our services and for purposes permitted without a right to limit under the CPRA. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising. To make a request regarding sensitive personal information, contact us using the details below.
5.How to submit a request

We may update this page from time to time and will revise the "Effective" date above when we do.
